The Hotel Housekeeping Manager ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: • Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to quality and cleanliness standards. • Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment. • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. • Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services. Qualifications: • We welcome applicants at all levels. • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. • Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
