Duties and Expectations
- Guest Relations: Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile.
- Name Use: Use the guests’ names whenever possible, ensuring they feel properly welcomed.
- Guest Satisfaction: All Team Members work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores.
- Recovery: Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency.
- Hotel Knowledge: Strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities.
- Events: Support for all groups and events at the hotel.

SECTION TWO: Housekeeping Supervisor, Role Specific Duties and Expectations
The Housekeeping Supervisor manages cleaning operations, including rooms, public spaces, and laundry, and assumes the duties of the Executive Housekeeper in their absence. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, inspecting quality, managing supplies, and overseeing staff.
Other Duties And Expectations
- Manage Guest Request Log and VIP guests.
- Oversee Housekeeping Team and conduct daily stand-ups.
- Inspect rooms and public spaces for quality.
- Maintain organization of storage and supply areas.
- Perform pre-cleaning duties and deep cleaning activities.
- Conduct departmental meetings and manage inventory and supplies.
- Monitor maintenance requests and room status reports.
- Follow safety procedures, including chemical safety and key control.
SECTION THREE: Success Metrics
Measure success through guest satisfaction scores, cleanliness inspections, product quality, and teamwork performance.
SECTION FOUR: Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or related fields preferred; supervisory experience a plus.
- Positive attitude, ability to follow guidelines, work under pressure, and resolve conflicts.
- Effective communication and a desire to serve guests.
- Must be 18 or older, flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.
- Timely clock-in/out, proper breaks, and reliable attendance required.
Physical Working Demands & Environment
Must be able to stand for long periods, operate equipment, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform visual inspections.
