Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse team of well-trained housekeepers by modeling the way, empowering, sharing what you know, and coaching throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Ensure all guest and service areas are cleaned and turndown service delivered; take action for loss prevention, health and hygiene, guest comfort, and associate safety.
• Plan and schedule assignments; manage special requests to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Monitor supplies and expenses to meet or exceed budget goals.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns with prompt courtesy.

Fundamentals / Qualifications

• A high school education or equivalent experience, with one to two years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of housekeeping and supervisory skills; ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests; second language may be required.
• Ability to operate two-way radio, cleaning and general office equipment, including a computer.
• Physical ability to perform continuous movement and standing; lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull up to 35 pounds.

Salary range: $59,300.00 – $80,900.00
