Responsibilities
The Housekeeping Manager is basically the right-hand hero to our Executive Housekeeper—think of them as the co-captain of the “sparkle squad.” Together, they lead the charge in keeping our hotel spotless, our laundry fluffy, and our guests smiling.
From inspecting rooms to training room attendants (and yes, rolling up their sleeves to clean when needed), this role is all about making sure every corner shines. But it’s not all dusters and vacuums—there’s also some behind-the-scenes magic, like ordering supplies, juggling inventory, and crafting schedules.
At the end of the day, the Housekeeping Manager’s superpower is delivering perfectly prepped rooms that are guest-ready, hitting all the brand’s standards for time, quality, and presentation. In short: you’ll make “wow” moments possible, one clean room at a time.
Qualifications
- Speak, read, and write fluently and proficiently in English and Spanish.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
- If you’ve got brand experience – consider it your secret weapon.
- Flexibility is your middle name – you’re ready to roll on weekends and holidays when needed.
- You know how to lead, motivate, and uplift a diverse team.
- Master multitasker with top-notch organizational and time management skills.
- You’ve got an eagle eye for detail and a passion for sparkling clean spaces.
- Communicator extraordinaire – staff, guests, other departments – you connect with them all.
- Your positive vibes make everyone feel right at home.
Compensation
Our superheroes earn an anticipated annual salary range of $65,000 - $70,000. The exact offer will depend on your experience, industry knowledge, and education.
