Houseperson Overview

As a Housekeeping Houseperson with Waterford Hotel Group, you will have the opportunity to create a clean and inviting lobby and public area for the arrival of our guests. A housekeeping house person is a very important role within the hotel, wearing many hats and delivering excellent customer service with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Vacuuming carpets.
• Dusting and polishing furniture.
• Emptying trash containers.
• Restock and clean housekeeping closets.
• Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.

Job Requirements
