What You'll Do

• Elevate the Guest Experience: Inspect guest rooms and public areas to meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Identify and Solve: Analyze room conditions, report discrepancies, and update the management system to ensure prompt resolution.
• Teamwork: Occasionally perform Room Attendant duties and assist with training new team members.
• Guest-Focused Service: Respond efficiently to guest requests, demonstrating commitment to outstanding service.
