What will I be doing?

To maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness and quality control in guest units and public areas at the resort while providing outstanding customer service to owners, guests and their families. You will inspect rooms and may interact with guests by delivering items to rooms.

  • Inspects all units assigned and ensures they are in accordance with the resort’s quality level.
  • Inspects all public areas as assigned.
  • Cleans units and public areas as assigned.
  • Reports any quality problems to management and ensures corrective action is taken.
  • Performs written inspections on units as designated by management.
  • Replaces missing inventory items in the units.
  • Reports maintenance problems to management and any suspicious activities to security.
  • Ensures assets and supplies for the department are secure in storage at all times.
  • Assists management in maintaining an accurate inventory of linen and supplies.
  • Works closely with employees to set an example and ensure efficient productivity.
  • Carries out reasonable requests by management within capability.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Ability to perform multi-task assignments.
  • Flexibility to work during different shifts.
  • Ability to communicate (oral and written) with team members and guests.
  • 1+ year housekeeping experience

It would be advantageous to have the following capabilities:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
