Housekeeping Assistant Job at Yorkview Nursing and Rehabilitation in York

Yorkview Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant to join our skilled nursing home facility in York, PA.

The Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant will perform a variety of cleaning and organizing duties.

Starting Rate: $12+/hr

Shift:

• FT

Responsibilities:

• Follows Housekeeping procedures
• Place soiled linen (facility or resident's personal linen) in the washing machine
• Folds or hangs resident personal linen transports and distributes resident personal linen to resident's room. Hangs clothes in the closet and places clothes in drawers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
