What You'll Do

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and nursing stations according to facility standards
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment
• Dispose of trash and linen in accordance with infection control protocols
• Restock supplies and report inventory needs to supervisors
• Assist with laundry and linen distribution as needed
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and respond to special requests
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Work collaboratively with nursing and environmental services teams

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or hospitality a plus
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to follow safety and infection control protocols
• Reliable and punctual work habits
