Housekeeping Supervisor (PM) at Primland, Auberge Resorts Collection. This role leads the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort, fostering a culture of excellence and meticulous care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and high-quality cleaning services.
  • Inspect and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, enforcing established standards and promptly addressing any issues.
  • Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating orders as necessary.
  • Create work schedules, assign tasks, and distribute workload among housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough completion of cleaning responsibilities.
  • Address guest requests, concerns, and inquiries related to housekeeping, providing solutions and maintaining a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years Housekeeping experience
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, according to department needs
  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred
