Dine on innovative Louisiana cuisine, relax by our resort-style pool, and plan your own private event at our 34th-floor observation deck boasting NOLA’s best views.**About the Role:**Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Housekeeping team as Assistant Housekeeping Manager. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager leads the Housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards. This role also ensures guest accommodations and all areas front and back of house are maintained in a spotless condition at all times.**What you will do:*** Manage a team of Room Attendants, House Attendants and Housekeeping Supervisors who are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel.* Interview, train and schedule the staff.* Conduct Performance Evaluations and disciplines staff when needed.
