Lead manufacturer in the Flavor/Fragrance industry seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Chemical Compounder to join our team. We offer competitive pay, career growth opportunities, and outstanding benefits.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor process equipment in area of responsibility.
• Maintain batch sheets, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
• Understand production systems (e.g., SAP, MES, WAC).
• Troubleshoot process or equipment problems.
• Material movements (drums, forklift, etc.).
• Acquire skills to operate the sanitization room, package product, become proficient on automated machines, and be able to compound product.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of chemical operating experience.
• Knowledge of G.M.P’s (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet 60% - 90% of the day.
• Frequently lift a 35 lb. product hose.
• Frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.
• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must have the ability to operate a forklift.

Pay Rates

Compounder for 3rd shift: $23.85 + 12% shift differential.
