Now Hiring: Night Shift Supervisor Location: Green Bay, WI Reports To: Plant Manager Classification: Exempt, Direct HireWe are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee production operations on the assigned shift for a client in the Green Bay area. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring product quality, safety, efficiency, and team development. • Lead and direct shift personnel to achieve production goals
• Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with company standards
• Schedule, assign, and monitor daily work activities to complete production plans
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing workforce
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production floor
• Investigate and resolve production issues to maximize efficiency
• Oversee shift hours, payroll, and maintain accurate production records
• Partner with management and HR to support staffing, onboarding, and employee relations

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business/Manufacturing preferred
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (plastics injection molding highly preferred)
• Strong technical background in manufacturing processes and equipment
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to learn new systems
• Ability to read blueprints, BOMs, safety procedures, and use measuring tools
• Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, and move throughout shift
