Location: Troy, OH | Salary Range: $77,000 yearly salary

Our client is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead their 3rd shift operations (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM). This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for safety and efficiency, and a background in manufacturing supervision. Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment and enforce safety policies and procedures
• Lead accident and incident investigations
• Monitor and improve line efficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Oversee product quality and ensure timely completion of production schedules
• Administer company policies and manage employee relations
• Train new employees and manage vacation schedules
• Attend company-sponsored training and lead monthly continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk the plant, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle systems
• Background in process improvement or lean manufacturing
• Familiarity with safety and compliance protocols in industrial settings
