Test Technician - 3rd Shift Location: Chelmsford, MA Job ID: #71226 Pay Range: $26-28/hr Seeking a Test Technician for a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA. This is an exciting contract opportunity with potential for long-term employment. If you have a keen eye for detail and have an interest in working with electronics, this is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on role. In this role, you'll play a key part in assembling and/or testing cutting-edge products and systems in production. Shift: Day Shift, Full-Time (Fri-Sun) 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM • Hours: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM Friday through Sunday, with possibility for Overtime Responsibilities: • Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment. • Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards. • Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements. • Document accurate data records and results test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures. • Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies. • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement. Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation. • Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred. • Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment. • High school diploma or GED required. 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC.
