Arraytechinc is hiring: Assembler - 3rd Shift in Albuquerque

15 Assemblers needed for 3rd Shift: 10pm to 6am Monday through Friday

Job Summary:

We are looking for Assemblers that will fabricate and assemble parts, pieces, and products in a sequential process using an array of tools and equipment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Review drawings and instructions before each project
2. Assemble each product according to specifications
3. Conduct quality assurance checks
4. Confirm assembled products meet quality standards
5. Identify, record, and report any product defects
6. Complete required quality and production forms
7. Monitor and maintain necessary inventory
8. Maintain a clean and safe work area
9. Follow all quality and safety standards and procedures
10. May require occasional evening and weekend hours
11. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Must be able to follow direction
2. Must be able to work well with others
3. Must be punctual and reliable

Preferred qualifications:

1. Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, smaller company environment
3. 6+ months assembly experience

Physical Demands:

1. Warehouse environment with temperature changes
2. Constant noise from machines, ear plugs provided and required
3. Standing in one place for full shift with breaks. Steel toes required
4. Repetitive hand motions, assembling parts, full shift with breaks

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE)

Safety:

• If your role requires the wearing of steel-toed boots, the company will reimburse employees $50 per pair every two years.
• Array operates under strict guidelines and safety standards. Ear protection, hard hats, and standard non-prescription safety glasses are provided by the company.
