Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $115,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Shift Manager (3rd Shift) (Food)

Position currently vacant

Third shift: Monday–Friday, approx. 10:00pm–6:00am (45-hour workweek)

Non-union facility

Reports to First Shift Plant Manager

Direct reports: 2 Supervisors | 300–350 total employees; ~100 per shift

No Production Manager layer between Shift Manager and Supervisors

130,000 sq. ft. highly automated, state-of-the-art food production facility

Relocation considered for exceptional candidates; local talent strongly preferred

Must Have

• Food manufacturing background (they will train on specifics)
• Background in continuous improvement
• Experience as a Production Manager, Shift Manager, Plant Manager, or even a Senior Supervisor, Maintenance Manager | minimally 5 years
• Proven ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on style; floor presence and coaching mindset
• Solid stability in work history (no job-hopping)
• Knowledge of GMP’s, HACCP, FDA and OSHA requirements

Nice To Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (highly desired)
• Bilingual communication skills
• Strong understanding of all sides of manufacturing operations (especially production)
