Inergroup is hiring immediately for a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor job in Shippensburg, PA. As a Warehouse Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operation of the Production Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring a safe efficient operation in achieving business targets.

Salary:

Starting salary of $60,000 and benefits available.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years leadership experience in a warehouse production environment
• A leader who can motivate, train, drive accountability, and flexible enough to adapt to change
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be proficient in all platforms of Office 365
• Must be able to provide training and give direction

Responsibilities for Production Supervisors include:

• Perform team management duties to include coaching, training, disciplinary action, safety practices, and scheduling and motivating
• Monitor and optimize warehouse production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Plan and coordinate the distribution of labor, adjusting work assignments and schedules while responding to fluctuating production needs
• Manage daily labor efficiencies, downtime, quality control
