Key Accountabilities:
  • Operate and interpret results from inspection/test equipment including:
    • CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
    • Keyence Optical Measurement Systems
    • Micro Vu Video Measuring Machine
    • Optical Comparator (standard and eCAD)
    • Micrometers, Calipers, Drop Indicators
    • Pull-force and Hardness Testers
  • Accurately complete and file quality records
  • Manage MRB activities: tagging, logging, and evaluating nonconforming materials
  • Support corrective/preventive actions and follow-up checks
  • Perform final product release inspections and in-process verifications
  • Conduct First Article Inspections and documentation reviews
  • Perform in-house gauge calibrations per work instructions
  • Assist with validation activities and data entry for quality monitoring


    • JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions and technical documentation
    • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal instructions
    • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA CFR 820 quality system regulations
    • General understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications
    • Proficient in using standard dimensional inspection tools, including:
      • Calipers
      • Micrometers
      • Drop indicators
      • Optical comparators
    • Experience setting up and operating advanced inspection equipment such as:
      • Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
      • Vision systems (e.g., Keyence, Micro Vu)
      • Optical comparators with eCAD capability
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on 3rd shift
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States; we are unable to sponsor employment visas at this time
