Overview

Prod.Divider Operator 3rd shift position located on the 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 9:00pm-5:30am (shift times subject to change); Friday work possible.

Responsibilities

• 3rd shift production (1 position): Sunday-Thursday 9:00pm-5:30am (shift times subject to change); Friday work possible
• Change over piston & drum set between products
• Monitor and adjust product weight
• Monitor product rounding
• Monitor and adjust timing between divider and proofer
• Assist mixer as needed
• Read, understand, and follow production schedule
• Set up bypass belt
• Communicate with Mixer, Foreman 2, and Production Supervisor
• Complete SPC charts
• Operate Kaiser stamper and sterling
• Follow all plant and corporate safety and food safety policies and procedures
• Report safety incidents to supervisor/management immediately
• Report food safety concerns to supervisor/management immediately

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• Experience: Six (6) months food manufacturing experience preferred

Physical Demands

• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly, up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Be able to push or pull up to 200 pounds on wheeled equipment
• Be able to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, reaching
• Be able to stand for majority of shift
• Be able to read/write English
• Be able to work in high ambient temperatures
