What we need:

We are looking for a Shift Lead II in the Dalton, GA area.

What you’ll do:

• Complete a Kuster production sheet during each shift's operation.
• Provide schedule of carpet production runs, leaders' speeds, and liters per minute to all work stations on the Kuster.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist in making daily job assignments.
• Maintain a positive working environment for all employees.
• Assist management with employee concerns.
• Supervise training of new personnel.
• Supervise cleaning of the dye range, including the dryer and entire department.
• Fill in for supervisor when needed.

What you have:

• High School Diploma or GED, or a commitment to earn it in a set time.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a positive attitude.
• Certified lift truck operator.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Good work ethic.
• Conformance to safe work practices.
• Maintain an orderly work environment.
