Production Supervisor, 3rd Shift

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced organization that fosters the empowerment of employees to create positive changes for the betterment of the company. As the 3rd shift production supervisor, you will work in conjunction with the 1st and 2nd shift operators (5 day, 24hr) to build a high-performance team, capitalizing on the most important resource in the compounding department, the operator.

Key Responsibilities

• All aspects of providing a safe working environment for direct reports including root cause analysis, TBRA, incident investigations, etc.
• Coaching, mentoring, maximizing utilization of both human and production resources.
• Maintain shift staffing and develop, implement, and train operators in all aspects of production-related activities.
• Lead and direct all production-related activities through direct interactions with supporting departments: EHS, Warehousing, Planning, FLINTEC, Distillation, Maintenance/Engineering, and Quality.
• Meet and exceed all company-defined KPIs.
• Any and all job responsibilities assigned to maintain or improve the performance of the department.

You Bring

• B.S. degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related scientific field.
• 5 years of supervisory experience in a food-manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or related manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and SAP.
