As a Production Worker at Astemo, you will play a key role in the production and assembly of our parts. This position requires attention to detail, organization, and a strong work ethic to maintain the flow of operations on the production floor. You will be responsible for operating machinery, inspecting products, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
The starting rate for this position is $18.85/hr, as well as an additional $2/hr Shift Premium for 2nd and 3rd Shift employees.

High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Good communication and time-management skills
Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and perform physical tasks
