Overview

Join to apply for the 3rd Shift Packer/Operator role at Pregis. Location: Elkhorn, WI. Shift: Sunday–Thursday from 10:00pm–6:15am. At Pregis, we’re passionate about protecting what matters and producing high-quality packaging products in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate converting machines with safety and quality top of mind
• Inspect materials visually and physically to ensure top quality standards
• Meet production performance targets
• Complete quality audits and record findings
• Label, pack, and palletize finished products
• Accurately input production data
• Assist with inventory and production materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S participation)
• Communicate effectively with teammates across shifts
• Support coworkers and contribute to a collaborative team environment

You’ll Succeed If You

• Have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Are comfortable using basic math and computers
• Can lift, bend, twist, push, or pull as needed
• Can be on your feet for long periods
• Are dependable and a team player
• Have reliable transportation
• Are able and willing to work overtime when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 3+ years of steady work history preferred
