Machine Operator

Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Pay: $20/hour and up based on experience + shift premium

Job Description:

Responsibilities include working in various production areas as needed and being adaptable to team needs. The role focuses on inspecting, programming, and monitoring products. Promptly reporting concerns to the shift foreman is crucial.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

• Enforce racking, loading, tagging, and lot control procedures
• Operate all production equipment safely and efficiently
• Prioritize processing based on schedule
• Perform inspections using correct methods
• Report maintenance issues to shift foreman
• Monitor and program furnaces to process correct parameters
• Conduct hourly shop walkthroughs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Understand processing of all materials within production areas
• Maintain plant organization and cleanliness
• Package parts safely for shipment to prevent damage
• Perform periodic maintenance such as draining and refilling tanks

Experience:

• At least 1 year of consistent factory work
• Basic computer skills
• Strong math skills
• English reading proficiency
• Safety-focused mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management
