Overview
Monday – Thursday, 9 p.m. – 7 a.m. with $3/hr shift premium.
Responsibilities
- Perform cellar tasks that contribute to the quality of our beer and efficiency of the cellar.
- Tank cleaning, yeast management, dry hopping, and cask cleaning.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is interested in all facets of beer production and has an eagerness to learn and continue learning. A brewing-specific education (Siebel, UC Davis, …) or professional brewing experience is a plus.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to work hard, take on new responsibilities and an eagerness to learn and continue learning.
