If you are offered a position that requires a background check you will be provided additional documentation to complete once an offer has been extended*.****Job Details:****SUMMARY**:The Associate Operations role is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of a Production facility. You will work closely with Team Members to:* **Promote a Safe Working Environment:** Learn the best practices to ensure safety for all employees.* **Produce Quality Products:** Understand the processes to maintain high-quality standards in a timely manner.* **Maximize Production Capacity:** Observe and learn how to ensure the area operates at its highest capacity while maintaining quality.* **Collaborate with Maintenance:** Work with Maintenance and other resources to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and meets government regulations.* **First Aid Training:** Be prepared to perform first aid when the nurse is not present.* **Support Supervisors and Managers:** Assist whenever called upon and perform any other duties as needed.This comprehensive training will prepare you for a supervisory role over a specific area as assigned.
