Position

Position Title: General Labor 3rd Shift

Sign-on and Retention Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 1 year and an additional bonus at 2 years

Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time (11:00 pm to 7:00 am – Monday-Friday)

Physical Location: Bedford Park Box Facility, 5300 W 73rd Street

The Job You Will Perform

• General Labor position on 3rd shift at the manufacturing facility located in Bedford Park Box, IL.
• Capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment while maintaining safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.
• Responsibilities include counting and stacking finished product, reading factory orders, accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment, basic shop math, inspecting, completing quality and administrative documents, and following directions. Also assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up.
• Candidates must be willing to work weekends and overtime as required.
• Pre-employment aptitude test, panel interview, mandatory background checks and drug screening are part of the hiring process.
