Production Worker: Monroe, Wisconsin

Our customer in Monroe, Wisconsin is a manufacturing facility that has built their business around a passion for delivering the highest quality ingredients. They are seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot and assist in repair of equipment related to processing.
• Follow product quality assurance requirements as outlined in the QC manual.
• Follow established housekeeping requirements, keeping all processing areas clean and organized.
• Operate all plant equipment within established procedures.
• Complete all necessary production recordkeeping.
• Assist with any and all other duties that may be assigned.

Production Worker Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical processes.
• Perform duties to produce the assigned product.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Meeting assigned efficiency goals.
• Maintaining plant equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: Starting at $20/hour.

Schedule

Type: 3rd Shift, Full-time. Schedule: Sunday – Thursday from 11pm – 7am.
