Job Description

FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working sit-down forklift operator for a company based in Hutchins, TX. In this job, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, labeling shipments, and sorting freight into the correct areas for shipment.

Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Schedule and Hours

1st Shift: Monday to Friday 6am to 6pm

3rd Shift: Monday to Friday 6pm to 6am

Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight from containers
• Pull orders
• Using a sit-down forklift to move product
• Maintaining all required records and reports

Forklift Operator Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is required
• Warehouse or production experience is a plus
• Steel-toed boots are required
• Must be detail-oriented with good organization skills
• Lifting assessment required
• Drug screen and background check required
