Reporting to the Printing Shift Supervisor, the Material Handler in the Printing Department is responsible for ensuring molded product is transported from the warehouse staging area to the proper machine on time. They also unload finished products and load them onto the wrapping machine. The role involves unloading raw products from pallets and neatly stacking finished products back on pallets. A qualified Material Handler will be skilled in these key responsibilities but may perform one or more of them at a given time.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining walkie and conducting daily checks with proper logging
• Moving molded products from warehouse to printing machines and ensuring accurate scanning in the LX system
• Unloading molded products and loading printed products onto skids following the designated route
• Transporting finished printed products to the warehouse wrapper area and loading onto the wrapper, with accurate scanning
• Removing rag barrels from machine areas to warehouse staging for transportation
• Participating in continuous improvement activities and training
• Performing housekeeping and quality checks on outgoing pallets
• Responding to Andon Lights and performing line clearance
• Escalating maintenance issues related to equipment
• Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Skills and Experience Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience handling electric walkie pallet trucks
• Valid proof of training on electric walkie pallet trucks
• Fluent in English with good communication skills
• Ability to work in an air-conditioned environment and wear protective equipment as needed
