Summary

Support to the Quality Engineer and all Inverter activities, represent the quality function of technical support, in conjunction with other internal support groups, regarding issues affecting manufacturing on global customer accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• NPI production build follow up such as ECN confirmation, Build summary data collection,etc.
• Handling production line incident such as non-conformance, MRB, FAI, line audit etc.
• Quality and product document prepartion based on customer requirements.
• Provide guidance and coaching to Quality Control inspectors to enhance their product quality decision-making.
• Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with the customer as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
• Additional tasks may be assigned as needs change.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred not required or equivalent experience and 2~3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have IPC-610 which is critical.
• Familiar with boxbuild process.
• Must be open and flexible to work occasional weekends
