Job Overview

Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Line Worker will perform duties such as box making, packing, hand tipping, water bath operation, feeding unscrambler tables, hand valve and cap work, making inserts, checking weighers, monitoring hot tanks, hand labeling, and other assigned tasks. The role requires producing quality products in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and supply boxes, form inserts, and pack finished products for shipping.
• Perform hand tipping by inserting tips into valve orifices, caps, valves, and bottles as instructed.
• Insert valves into cans, load valve hoppers, and clear chutes.
• Maintain feed tables and lines with containers as directed.
• Label bottles, cans, and cartons appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness in production areas during downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.
• Complete all required production and quality documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision, including any necessary physical or educational requirements for safe and effective job performance.
