Overview

TeamAAM is looking for a Production Supervisor to join the Driveline team in Rochester, Indiana. This is a fully onsite role on the 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise hourly associates and direct resources as required; oversee planning, scheduling, setup, and running of production activities; manage the dispersal and distribution of materials for production; maintain labor and material requirements to meet the daily production schedule; supervise production associates and coordinate with leaders of production support staff; communicate expectations and provide direction and training; monitor work performance and provide feedback; coordinate maintenance of production equipment; oversee process control and quality control.
• Maintain production processes by observing process volumes; recommending process adjustments.
• Complete production processes by monitoring progress; expediting material flow and work results; resolving problems.
• Improve process workflow by eliminating stoppages; analyzing delays; testing new methods.
• Record production by completing daily shift production reports; calculating yields and recoveries.
• Maintain process flow by communicating production status, requirements, and problems to the next shift.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy production process environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; alert others regarding potential concerns.
• Contribute to production process and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Combination of 4 years relevant work experience and/or education in a manufacturing or engineering field.
• Availability and willingness to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as requested.
• Ability to work in systems (Workday, Kronos, Parcible etc.) and comfortable working with computers and technology.
