Security Luebke Roofing, Inc. is growing! We are looking for a motivated individual who is not afraid of hard work for our Commercial Low Slope Foreman to run an additional crew of 2 - 6 techs.

Our company has steady work, mostly local, with some overnight travel within Wisconsin.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Leading and training field techs in installing single ply roofing (Fibertite, TPO, EPDM) following OSHA and safety procedures.
• Troubleshooting field issues
• Inventory management
• Detailed job planning from start to finish
• Managing crew activities
• Crane operation (asset)
• Providing high-quality roofing services and customer support

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with sales, production, office, and clients
• Sheet metal machine operation (training provided)
• Learning in-house software for record keeping
• Valid US Driver's License (insurance approval required)
• CDL license a plus

Pay depends on skill level; in-house training at SLUniversity available for advancement.
