This role is critical to enhancing guest satisfaction, maximizing skier safety, and ensuring trails are maintained to the highest standard. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Perform other duties as assigned. Stay adaptable as responsibilities and resort needs evolve. **QUALIFICATIONS** Previous grooming or heavy equipment operation experience preferred (minimum one season desirable).Basic knowledge of grooming techniques and equipment functionality preferred. Safety conscious, dependable, and accountable with strong communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
