Are you a marketing leader who excels at building high-impact marketing teams and driving exponential growth in lockstep with the sales organization? We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional Marketing Director to lead our North American team. You will drive our go-to-market strategy, craft and execute campaigns that attract new customers, deepen relationships with our existing base, and build a strong presence in North America. This role emphasizes leadership alongside marketing execution, mentorship of a high-performing team, and collaboration with sales and product teams.
This role can be based in our Chicago, Austin, or New York hubs. A willingness to travel as required to support regional events and initiatives is a must.
What you will do Drive New Logo Pipeline: Own the strategy and execution for attracting new customers across North America. Develop and launch regional marketing campaigns to build a robust, predictable pipeline of new business opportunities.
Fuel Expansion Revenue: Expand footprint within existing customers. Collaborate with customer marketing and sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, creating targeted campaigns to drive growth and increase customer lifetime value.
Lead with Vision: Mentor and empower a high-performing marketing team. Ensure regional initiatives are executed flawlessly and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
Forge Cross-Functional Partnerships: Coordinate with sales, sales development, and product teams to align marketing with overarching business objectives.
Optimize for Results: Manage the regional marketing budget, establish KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize programs for measurable results.
Who you are An Accomplished B2B Leader: 10+ years in B2B marketing with a proven track record in enterprise software/SaaS; experience leading regional marketing and managing high-performing teams.
A Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and growth.
A Master of Collaboration: Skilled at building relationships and aligning across sales, product, and global marketing teams.
A Data-Driven Decision Maker: Comfortable with advanced analytics to measure success, derive insights, and optimize campaigns.
An Exceptional Communicator: Strong ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
Compensation The estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, compensation includes equity and benefits. For sales roles, the package may include sales commissions. The actual base salary varies based on market, skills, capabilities, and experience, and is assessed during the interview process. Base Salary Range (US): $195,000 - $225,000 USD.
