Role Description

INTEGRA is currently seeking an HVAC/Plumbing Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves designing, coordinating, and reviewing mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for a variety of building projects.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions for our clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
  • 3-5 years of experience in mechanical systems design for buildings
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (Revit preferred)
  • Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
  • Experience with load calculation software and energy modeling tools preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Experience with municipal, commercial, higher education, or healthcare facilities
  • LEED certification or other high-performance building credentials preferred
