We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive growth and awareness for the Volpara and Lunit's Cancer Screening Group's suite of health solutions across North America. This role will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of regional marketing strategies that amplify our market presence, build relationships with key stakeholders, and support lead generation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B healthcare or technology marketing, with a proven ability to tailor global marketing strategies to the needs and nuances of local markets.
What you will be doing
- Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for North America, in alignment with global objectives and tailored to the specific needs of the U.S. and Canada markets.
- Execute targeted, multichannel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across online, social media, events, and print channels.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging data analytics to refine and optimize strategies.
- Partner closely with the product and sales teams to provide tools, collateral, and insights that support sales initiatives and increase close rates.
- Support content development to position Volpara as a thought leader in breast health AI, including white papers, webinars, blog posts, and case studies.
- Support our presence at key industry events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Manage event logistics, booth design, staffing, and lead capture.
- Oversee special projects such as database optimization, development of marketing collateral, and delivery of key initiatives, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Leverage data-driven insights to guide marketers in understanding customer segments and tailoring campaigns for maximum impact.
- Coordinate with the global marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
What you will bring to the role
- 8+ years in a healthcare marketing role in a B2B and technology domain
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven track record in executing successful account-based marketing campaigns targeted at key accounts; familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Pardot
- Strong knowledge of the US health system
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Pacific time zone location preferred
What you will receive
Salary range: $95,000 - 100,000 per year, full-time equivalent. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances; a 401k plan with company match; and generous paid time off.
Other things to note
This role will be hybrid if the successful applicant lives within commuting distance of our US office (Lynnwood, WA). For candidates outside this location, the role will be fully remote. Some travel for events/customer meetings as required. Candidates must currently have the right to work in the United States to apply.
