Toxicology Coordinator - River North at Family Guidance Centers, Inc.

Responsibilities

• Administering all toxicology tests with clients and entering accurate toxicology information into the database. All toxicology tests, including urine drops, must be appropriately and carefully observed.
• Ensuring that all completed state and private drops are logged into internal computer systems.
• Perform accurate USPO, Probation and Pre-trial urine specimens collection and complete paperwork in a timely manner.
• Packaging and mailing out all toxicology tests including urine specimens as scheduled.
• Assist at front desk as needed (answer phones, transfer calls, assist with patient check-in and directing patients to appropriate departments).

Schedule and Location

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:15 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.) with Saturdays as needed.

Start Date: October 5, 2025.

Work Location: 310 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.08 per hour.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. One or two years of customer service experience. Must have good computer skills and be detail oriented. Must be able to work with a team as well as independently.
