Procon Roofing Corporation is on the lookout for an experienced Flat Roofer to join our growing team in Greensboro, North Carolina. We offer year-round, full-time employment for seasoned professionals and handle projects ranging from 1,000 to 1,000,000 square feet. As a leader in the industry, we specialize in TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing systems and pride ourselves on being one of the most trusted names in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and replace commercial roofing systems, particularly TPO
- Install vapor barriers and insulation layers to flat roof decks, ensuring proper seam sealing
- Work on single-ply roofing systems, including installation, repair, and replacement
- Complete roofing tasks for both new builds and re-roofing projects
- Support fellow crew members with job duties as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial roofing production
- Proficiency in TPO roofing applications
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Familiarity with roofing tools such as heat welders, robot welders, tear-off gear, and hydraulic hoists
- Ability to identify and fix leaks
- Capable of lifting to 45 kg (100 lbs.)
- Understanding of Ontario safety standards
- Access to necessary tools and safety equipment
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when required
