Who You Are:

Invicti is looking for a results-driven, customer-focused Sales Leader to lead and grow our commercial and enterprise sales teams across North America. This role will serve as the regional counterpart to our international sales leader and play a key role in creating and executing against the pipeline, driving rep performance, and improving overall sales process and forecast accuracy in the region.

You’ll manage front-line sales leaders and work closely with GTM leadership across marketing, enablement, customer success, and channel to ensure Invicti’s sales motion is predictable, scalable, and aligned with our growth goals.

This is a high-impact leadership role at a pivotal time for Invicti. As we scale and unify our platform, we’re looking for a leader who can execute with urgency, coach with intent, and help shape a winning sales culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing regional sales team focused on both new logo acquisition and expansion within our install base
  • Drive execution across commercial and enterprise sales cycles, ensuring forecast accuracy and target attainment
  • Partner closely with sales enablement, operations, and marketing to drive pipeline generation and improve stage conversion
  • Monitor regional funnel health and identify gaps in performance, talent, and process
  • Coach, mentor, and develop first-line managers and AEs
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure the voice of the customer is reflected in our roadmap and go-to-market strategy
  • Support the adoption of new GTM initiatives including updated pricing, platform messaging, and outbound campaigns
  • Serve as a key contributor to the leadership team planning and execution within the Americas

What You’ll Need:

  • 6–10 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years managing sales managers or large AE teams
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales operations best practices
  • Demonstrated success in scaling commercial and enterprise sales across multiple segments or regions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with CS, product, and marketing
  • A coaching mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead with both empathy and accountability
  • Cybersecurity or AppSec experience is a big plus
  • Local to Austin, TX
