Physical Therapist Inpatient/Acute - North

Department: Inpatient Rehab Therapy

Schedule: Part-time, Day shift, 8:00am-4:30pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, with some weekend and holiday coverage. 24 hours/week, 48 hours bi-weekly, benefits included.

Make a Difference: As a Physical Therapist, you will interpret initial evaluation results, set patient goals, develop and modify treatment plans, and utilize appropriate techniques. You will participate in teaching opportunities, clinical education, and interdisciplinary planning. Establishing a safe environment for effective team functioning, positive outcomes, and safety is essential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program
• Valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permit
• Experience working with adults in inpatient/acute care hospital settings
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, evaluation, therapy techniques, and current trends
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift/transfer patients and equipment without restriction
