Where you fit in

The Medication Assistance Program Coordinator supports all patients to ensure their prescribed drug therapy and pharmacy care plan are followed, meeting their medical, social, and personal needs. The coordinator supports clinical activities of the ambulatory care pharmacy department, including program management and patient care follow-up, including scheduling.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician in retail or hospital settings or as a Medical Assistant.
  • Prior Authorization/Pre-certification experience, Manufacturing Assistance Programs experience is a plus!
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Indiana Pharmacy Technician License or Medical Assistant Certification or AAMA Credentialing required.
  • Ability to resolve associate issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
