What You’ll Do

• Lead & mentor: Manage and develop the accounting team to achieve operational excellence.
• Own financial operations: Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and the month-end close.
• Guide strategic decisions: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Strengthen compliance: Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS, manage internal controls, and serve as a key contact for audits.
• Drive efficiency: Streamline processes, implement ERP best practices, and champion system improvements.
• Support growth: Partner with leadership on budgeting, corporate reporting, transfer pricing, and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with business leaders and digital/ERP teams to support strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus).
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3–5 years in leadership.
• Manufacturing industry background strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and auditing practices.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial systems skills; Microsoft D365 experience a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Multi-lingual skills (Japanese and/or Spanish) are a plus.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $131,670-$164,560. This may be affected by scope, experience, education, skills, and location adjustments as applicable.
