What You’ll Do
- Lead competitive landscape and market analyses to identify new loyalty growth opportunities.
- Define product strategy and success metrics using quantitative methods and data-driven insights.
- Analyze user requirements and inform roadmap decisions.
- Drive end-to-end product development: conceptualize, launch, and optimize loyalty features and solutions.
- Build and run experiments to test performance, measure impact, and iterate rapidly.
- Develop engineered processes and innovative technologies to improve organizational efficiency.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Legal teams to deliver cutting-edge travel solutions.
- Liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders to align on vision, priorities, and go-to-market plans.
- Collaborate across regions, product areas, and functions to solve loyalty challenges.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics) or similar quantitative discipline.
- Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform decision-making.
- Strong data skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Bias for action to unlock business value for partners and customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to convey complex messages clearly.
- Experience developing and launching products and leading global product vision and go-to-market strategy.
- Entrepreneurial and analytical skills; ability to break down complex problems and drive change.
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work across teams.
- Nice to have: MBA or Master’s in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics; experience with SQL, Python, R, or equivalent tools.
