Business Analyst with Airlines Domain Experience

Contract • Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) • Airlines domain experience required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong years in the Airlines domain.
• Strong understanding of airline processes such as reservations, ticketing, pricing, DCS, or loyalty.
• Familiarity with GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre), IATA standards (NDC, ONE Order, etc.), or PSS systems is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Visio, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
