Schedule: Part Time, 25 hours weekly

Shift: Days, Scheduled M-F, 9AM-4PM. Requires flexibility to start work at 6 AM.

The role you’ll contribute:

The Retail Supervisor will supervise the retail location, supervise retail employees / volunteers, and develop relationships with customers, vendors and partners to ensure business growth. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

  • Demonstrates successful handling, prioritizing, and problem solving in retail space while anticipating opportunities in the future. Approaches all encounters with customers in a gracious, attentive, courteous and service-oriented manner. Leads by example, consistently conveying a positive attitude, passion and pride in work.

  • Achieves and/or exceeds monthly budgeted sales, gross profit, and net income goals established by retail leadership. Complies and enforces all standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.

  • Verifies that deposits are completed daily and reports any discrepancies to retail manager. Keeps fiscal responsibility and customer satisfaction in mind when making all decisions including inventory management.

  • Coordinates with retail manager for routine movement of product in retail space with attention to visual displays, prominent product placement to products/services offered that captures the customer's attention. Maintains the retail space appearance in an organized, clean, visually appealing environment.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • High School Grad or Equivalent and Two plus years’ experience
