Summary of the agreement with Coast2Coast Mortgage
- We offer 200+ Residential and Commercial lenders in 35+ states
- A Flat fee of $995 per loan. Payouts are every Friday.
- Earn 275 bips as brokered and 400 bips on correspondent loans.
- You are required to use Arive LOS for NMLS reporting purposes and tracking. The cost is about $80 per month.

Coast2Coast Mortgage provides you will over + 220 lenders, we are licensed in about 37 States, we offer 275 bips to brokers and up to 4% correspondent with all the specialty mortgage loan programs that include commercial, residential, NON-QM etc. Zoom screen share training and support for a low flat fee per loan closing of $995.

- Generate leads and work with prospective clients to determine their mortgage needs
- Market and promote our specialty loan programs and specialized services
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess client eligibility for loans
- Assist clients throughout the loan application process, from initial application to closing
- Maintain regular communication with clients, real estate agents, and lenders
