Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, including active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation, committed to customer satisfaction, and enhancing our brand.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting via video and audio tools in a professional manner.

What You Need

• Internet connection meeting security criteria.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week across three or more days.

• Assist customers with their taxes using TurboTax products, providing advice, full-service return preparation, and managing inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video, document interactions, and maintain records.
